Custom Orders/ Returns


For all custom orders, please contact us directly via telephone or email to arrange a consultation. We require a month’s notice before the jewelry is needed.
Orders required in less than a month, an additional fee of 25% will be incurred. This will be communicated to you at the time of consultation, where an estimate of the total cost involved including a 60% initial deposit to proceed with the order and shipping fee will be communicated.


We want our customers to be happy with their jewelery, if you are unhappy with your purchased item for any reason, we will be glad to accept the item(s) back in the original condition it was sent.

All returns are subject to an administration fee of 14% for each item.

Please email us directly for further instructions on shipment. Returns will ONLY be accepted if the order has been shipped back to us within 24hours after the order has been received from us.
The customer incurs all shipping related costs and shipping cost pertaining to the original order is non refundable.
An email notification will be sent to you once a refund has been processed via the initial method of payment after receipt of the order. Please allow 10 to 15 business days.
As we take pride in satisfaction of our customers to ensure they are happy with our products, Returns are NOT available on custom made pieces or pieces that have been specifically designed to fit. (Please refer to the section ‘How to determine my neck size on this page’ before placing your order.
